About College Gardens

The Galliard Apsley Partnership is in the process of seeking planning consent for a site at Former College Street Goods Yard, adjacent to No 4 Parsonage Square, Glasgow.

This mixed-use development aims to comprise residential - including build-to-rent (BTR) and co-living – student accommodation, retail, food and drink, and business and commercial uses.

Delivering a truly intergenerational community, proposals will create a high-quality residential neighbourhood, supported by a mix of new green spaces and amenity provision for residents and the wider community to enjoy.

Delivery of development will serve to provide much-needed homes, supporting Glasgow in addressing its housing emergency. It should be noted that the site already benefits from planning permission (application reference 21/03795/FUL) for a mixed-use scheme for residential, student accommodation and commercial space.
